A guard-gated community of 701 homes around a chain of lakes and a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse, zoned for Boca Raton schools.
Seven Bridges sits in the agricultural reserve area of west Delray Beach, between Lyons Road on the east and US-441 on the west, with a 33446 Delray Beach address. Across Lyons Road is its older sibling, The Bridges, also built by GL Homes, and the custom estates of Stone Creek Ranch sit just to the north. Delray Marketplace, with its restaurants and shops, is a few minutes north at Lyons Road and Atlantic Avenue.
GL Homes built Seven Bridges between 2015 and 2018 as its signature community in west Delray Beach. The streets curve around a chain of lakes, and the arched bridges that cross them, together with the cascading fountains at the entry, give the community its name. The gatehouse is staffed 24 hours a day. Most homes back onto water or preserve; of the 68 homes that sold for $1 million or more in the last two years, 50 were waterfront.
Daily life centers on a clubhouse of about 30,000 square feet. It holds the Prime Seven restaurant and bar, a fitness center and group fitness studio, saunas and massage rooms, an indoor sports court, card and game rooms and a children's room. Outside are a resort pool and a lap pool with shaded cabanas, a splash park with a water slide and a playground. Clubhouse access comes with the home through the homeowners association rather than a separate country club membership, and there is no golf course.

The tennis center has 13 courts, 12 of them Har-Tru clay and one hard court, along with a pro shop, lessons and leagues.
GL Homes built 28 models in four collections, Atlantic, Pacific, Coastal and Empire, from about 2,450 to 7,900 square feet of air-conditioned living space, most with private pools and many on the lakes. Over the last 24 months, MLS records show 68 sales of $1 million or more, from about $1.2 million to $4.7 million, with a median of $1.92 million and about $483 a square foot; the median home sold in 49 days. County deed records show 33 arm's-length sales in the last 12 months. See every model and what each size of home has sold for on the floor plans page, and every home's estimated value on the 3D map.
Homeowners association dues cover the clubhouse, the staffed gate, the common grounds and the lakes. Recent listings show dues of roughly $1,000 to $1,075 a month; confirm the current figure and any capital contribution with the association before you buy.
Although Seven Bridges has a Delray Beach address, its homes are zoned for Boca Raton public schools, according to MLS records:
Confirm the assignment for a specific address with the School District of Palm Beach County, since boundaries can change. Private schools within about 15 to 25 minutes include American Heritage Delray, Saint Andrew's School and Pine Crest Boca Raton.
Florida's Turnpike is a short drive north at Atlantic Avenue, and I-95 about 15 minutes east. Downtown Delray Beach and the beach are roughly 25 minutes away, and Mizner Park and downtown Boca Raton about 25 minutes. Boca Raton Airport is about 20 minutes, Palm Beach International about 35 minutes and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International about 45 minutes. Drive times are approximate and vary with traffic.
